About · Est. 2023 · Waukee, IA
A small crew that takes the work personally.
Window Boss is a Waukee-based window cleaning company serving the Des Moines metro. Owner-operated, fully insured, and obsessive about the details most cleaners skip: the corners, the tracks, the screens, the streak-free finish.
The crewOur story
Built on the work most cleaners skip.
Window Boss started because we kept hearing the same thing from neighbors across the metro: the last window cleaner showed up, did the glass, and left. No screens. No tracks. Streaks in the corners. Drip marks on the siding.
We thought the bar should be higher. So we built Window Boss around the details: every screen comes off, every track gets vacuumed, every corner gets hand-detailed. If we miss a spot, we come back. That is the streak-free guarantee, and it is not a marketing line.
Today we are a small, owner-operated crew based in Waukee with regular routes through every corner of the metro. We answer our own phone. We give next-day quotes. And we would rather lose a job than oversell you on something you do not need.
How we work
Four things we will not compromise on.
- 01
Show up on time
We give a tight window, usually one hour, and we honor it. Running late? You know before you are wondering.
- 02
Do the small stuff
Most missed corners and streaks happen because someone rushed the last 10%. We do not.
- 03
Treat the property right
Drop cloths on hardwood. Shoes off or covered. Plants pulled clear before we start and put back when we are done.
- 04
Make it easy to say yes
Next-day quotes, no contracts, no upsells. If we do not think you need the Exterior 3-in-1, we tell you.
